Travel and Lodging
How do I get a hotel room?
You (or your company) are responsible for your lodging during the conference. Take advantage of the discounted room block at the J.W. Marriott, the conference hotel! Details on the room block are available under the At the Conference tab.
The cutoff for booking a room in the discounted room block is July 21.
What's the parking situation?
How do I get to the conference?
How you choose to arrive is up to you! We do have a deal with Southwest Airlines to provide a discount for flights to and from the conference (see the Travel and Accommodation page under At the Conference for more details). Getting to and from the hotel is a quick taxi/ride share away from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND). If you are driving, there is a parking garage at the J.W. Marriott. Details about the parking garage are available on the J.W. Marriott's website.
What is the hotel cancellation policy? Flight cancellation?
If you are no longer attending the conference, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can keep our attendance as accurate as possible.
Reservations at the J.W. Marriott can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to arrival with no penalty. Reservations canceled within 48 hours of arrival are subject to one night's room/tax penalty.
The Southwest Airlines discount page allows you to transfer the flight to another person for free, up to and including the day of the flight. Just email Angie at angie.effinger@auroraparts.com.
Registration and Attendance
I'm part of a supplier/sponsor group. Do I have to register?
Yes, as an attendee. We need to account for badges, rooms, overall attendance, etc. More details above under Sponsorship Questions.
What is the cost to attend the conference?
Sponsors: your cost is covered in your sponsorship costs.
Dealers: There is no cost for you to attend the conference.
All: You (or your company) are responsible for lodging and transportation to and from the conference. We have a discounted room block at the J.W. Marriott and a discounted fare rate from Southwest Airlines. Details for both are on Travel and Accommodation under At the Conference.

What are the activities this year?
This year, our activity is a field day at Lucas Oil Stadium, right on the field! Featuring a variety of fun-filled stations, this team-building competition is sure to be memorable! More details are available on the Lucas Oil Stadium page under At the Conference.
Note that this year, we are not offering a golf option.
Who are the speakers?
What if I have to cancel my attendance and/or send someone in my place?
We understand - these things happen! Cancel the transportation and/or lodging (or transfer them to the person replacing you), then reach out to us and say who on your team is not coming, and whether or not someone is taking their place. This helps us keep a more accurate estimate of attendance for catering, activities, and badges.

What if I have a question or issue about the app?
How can I get (or turn off) app notifications?
Simply access your phone's app settings center and turn on push notifications!
To remove app notifications (though we do limit those and encourage you to leave them on!), access the Settings portion of the conference app, then toggle the push notifications option off.
How do I request special accommodations?

I've already purchased a booth. Do I/my team have to register?
Yes! We need to account for individuals attending the conference, including badges, awards dinner meals, the Lucas Oil activity day, etc. You'll find the registration form at the top of this page, or on the home page.
Please note that we request sponsors register by March 21. You can register after this date, but doing so may result in double entry of your information.
What are the details about setting up for the Exhibitor Expo?
The Exhibitor Kit is available for download on the Exhibitors page. The schedule is also available under At the Conference at the top of this page.
When do I find out where my booth is?
You are choosing your booth this year. A link was emailed to you, but if you've missed it or have yet to select your booth, you can find a link on the Exhibitors page.
Do I get to participate in the Field Day activity at Lucas Oil Stadium?
Absolutely! We hope you will! Your badge includes attendance to the Field Day. Please select your intent to participate in your registration form. There is no Exhibitor Expo Hall time on Wednesday, so you won't be missing out on any opportunities by attending the Field Day activity.
